About sand blasting
Sand blasting, also known as abrasive blasting, is a process in which a high-pressure stream of abrasive particles is used to remove paint, rust, and other materials from surfaces. This is typically done using a machine that propels the abrasive particles at high speed, which then impacts the surface to be cleaned.

How it works
High-pressure stream of abrasive particles, usually made of materials such as sand, glass beads, or steel shot, is propelled at high speed to remove paint, rust, and other materials from surfaces. This process is done using an abrasive blasting machine, which pulls the abrasive particles out of the pressurized vessel and accelerates them through a nozzle, creating a high-speed stream that impacts the surface. The level of aggressiveness and the type of surface being cleaned can be adjusted by changing the size, shape, and hardness of the abrasive particles, and by adjusting the pressure and flow rate of the compressed air or gas.
Advantages of sand blasting
High efficiencySand blasting is a highly efficient method for removing paint, rust, and other materials from surfaces, and can quickly clean large areas.
Versatility
Sand blasting can be used on a wide variety of surfaces, including metal, wood, and concrete. It can also be used to create different surface finishes, such as matte or glossy, or to etch designs onto surfaces.
Cost-effective
Sand blasting is relatively low-cost method when compared to other surface preparation methods, and the equipment and abrasive materials are widely available
Eco-friendly
Sand blasting does not produce harmful emissions and the abrasive media can be recycled in many cases, making it an environmentally friendly option.
Deep cleaning
Sand blasting can reach tight spaces and corners to clean effectively, it also reach deep into the surface to remove contaminants.
